Frequently Asked Questions

What is reflexology, and how can it help me?

Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment that uses pressure on specific points on the feet, hands, or face to promote relaxation and help relieve stress, anxiety, and discomfort from conditions like menopause and period pain.

Reflexology is safe for most people, but if you’re pregnant or have specific health conditions, it’s best to check with your doctor first.

Sessions last 40–60 minutes, including a brief consultation and a personalised reflexology treatment.

We’ll start with a quick consultation, then you’ll relax as your therapist applies gentle pressure to reflex points. It’s non-invasive and deeply relaxing.

Most clients benefit from sessions every 2-4 weeks. For specific concerns, like menopause or period pain, more frequent treatments may be helpful.

Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll need to remove your shoes and socks for foot reflexology, but the rest of your outfit can stay on.

Many health insurance companies, such as Bupa, AXA Health, and Vitality, now offer coverage for reflexology treatments, depending on your policy. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to find out if your treatments are eligible for reimbursement.
