Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Serenity Sole. These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and sessions are managed. By booking a treatment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointments

All treatments are by appointment only. You can book via the website or by contacting us directly. Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full duration of your session.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client’s appointment.

2. Payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash. For mobile appointments, payment is due at the end of your session.

For packages or group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or result in the loss of a deposit (where applicable).

Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged at the full rate.

4. Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is important. Please let us know of any health concerns, injuries, or pregnancy when booking so we can ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

All information shared is treated in confidence and used only to tailor your treatment safely.

5. Mobile Treatments

Mobile services are available across North West London and surrounding areas (within a 50-minute radius).

Please ensure a calm, quiet space is available for your session, along with room for a treatment couch or chair setup.

6. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers and packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

They are non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed or partially used.

7. Group & Corporate Bookings

Group pamper sessions and workplace wellness treatments require advance booking and may involve minimum time blocks (e.g. 2 hours).

A deposit may be required. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

8. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment in cases where it may be unsafe or inappropriate (e.g. under the influence of alcohol, inappropriate behaviour, or undisclosed health concerns).
Serenity Sole is a safe and respectful space for all clients.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in policy, regulation, or best practice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
